Police Scotland have confirmed missing sex offender was traced in Carlisle yesterday evening, 21st of August 2014.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police Scotland, Tayside Division can confirm that missing man Mark King has been traced safe and well in the Carlisle area late yesterday evening (Thursday 21 August).”
Mark King is to appear at Perth Sheriff Court for failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
