Man dies after colliding with steam roller on the A93

Emergency services are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on the A93 at Devils Elbow, Glenshee. 25th of August 2014.

Motorcyclist dies after colliding with a steam roller on the A93 at Devils Elbow, Glenshee. 

A spokesman from Police Scotland said: “Police Scotland, Tayside Division along with other emergency services attended at the A93 near to Devils Elbow, Glenshee at 2.40pm today (Monday 25 August) after reports of a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a steamroller.

The motorcyclist, who was a man, understood to be in his 60’s suffered fatal injuries.

This road will be closed whilst the investigation of the circumstances surrounding this collision are completed.”
