Police Scotland in Tayside Division can confirm that a 19 year old man is expected to appear in Perth Sherriff Court tomorrow (Friday 27 March 2015) following a disturbance within a property on Princes Street, Perth that occurred at approximately 3.30pm today (Thursday 26 March 2015).
As part of the assessment of the incident, specialist officers, including public order and armed officers attended to bring the matter to a safe conclusion. No one was injured and members of the public were not at risk during this operation.
The stand-off happened lasted for about an hour at the hostel, however unfortunately one fridge was thrown out of the window.
