The trending hashtag #ThankYouNicola started this morning with many of thousands showing their appreciation towards her and the Scottish Government on the current pandemic, many branding her as a hero.

A few people from England even took to Twitter to share their thoughts on Scotland’s First Minister.

Just a few days ago Boris Johnson had the opposite trend on Twitter with the hashtag #WhereIsBoris after Piers Morgan and other journalists were questioning his whereabouts.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has outlined phases 1 – 4, each individual phase easing the lockdown restrictions.
