Taxi firm ordered to pay £3,000 in compensation 

Thistle Taxis were ordered to pay £3,000 in compensation to Vibha Upadhyay after one of their firm taxis dragged her along the street.

Insurance  company Trdex were ordered to pay £3,000 in compensation to Vibha Upadhyay after one of their taxis dragged her along the street.

The incident which happened in September 2012, a Perth taxi company didn’t deny liability for the accident which took place at Perth Train Station.

Vibha Upadhyay had tissue damaged and was off work for two days. The company were  ordered to pay the compensation, from tissue damaged, a broken iPhone, and shoes.

It was reported the taxi starting moving too early as Vibha was about to get in the vehicle. A total of £2909 was awarded to the banker, Vibha Upadhyay from Aberdeenshire.
