New Speciality Beer Bar Opens In Perth

The Green Rooms (Perth) LTD are launching a new specialty beer bar to compliment the increasingly popular open fired Green Room pub and the Live Room Barwith its stage for live bands.

The Green Rooms (Perth) LTD are launching a new specialty beer bar to compliment the increasingly popular open fired Green Room pub and the Live Room Barwith its stage for live bands.

The additional bar named ‘Around the World will feature 6 hand pulled real ales and 80 different bottled beers from over 40 different countries around the world. ‘Around the World’ will be the 3rd bar to be added to the city centre live entertainment venue. Patrons of ‘Around the World’ will be issued with a Beer Passport upon entry and will receive a stamp in their passport every time they trya different beer.

Once a patron fills their passport with 80 different stamps they will win a prestigious trophy and Green Room sweatshirt as well as being entered onto the Around the World in 80 Beers wall of fame. Green Rooms Proprietor, Frank Burger-Seed says “This is a fun way of introducing the people of Perth to the many wonderful different beers from around the world”

The Green Room Pub offers over 500 different drinks served up around the open fire including 158 different malts, 67 gins, 36 rums, 25 vodkas and 14 tequilas.

The Live Room showcases an average of 50 different live bands and performers each month; And now, Around the World boasts Perth’s biggest selection of speciality beers from around the globe. The Green Rooms are going from strength to strength and 2015 is going to be the most exciting year yet. The new bar is located under the Green Room Pub and furnished with beautiful old furniture, an open fire, real ales on hand pull pumps and Perth’s biggest selection of speciality beers from as far away as Barbados, Namibia and Peru. ‘Around the World’ opens Saturday 18th April at 4pm.
