Police Scotland confirmed no charges will be brought following incident yesterday on North Methven Street.

Police Scotland confirmed no charges will be brought following incident yesterday on North Methven Street.

The 25-year-old had leg fractures and was sent to Ninewells Hospital by Scottish Ambulance. A full council investigation will be carried out.
